Hmong culture

A trek with TrekkingSapa is not only a trek : it starts with a discussion with Phinh who knows deeply Sapa, the Hmong people and who will contextualize your visit. And we spent 2 fantastic days with her. It was very interesting for us because we did not spend only two days walking and taking pictures of Hmong people but we really lived with them. We learnt a lot about her life, her cutums and her family. It is the first time since we are in Asia we felt like we see the real life of minorities. We must add to this fantastic trek that TrekkingSapa told us there was a Hmong festival in Ta Van when we were there and as they come to this festival we spent the day with them and shared some meals with all their team for free and discovered some Hmong peoples and customs thanks to them. We really loved these people and their way of thinking and working. Everybody should meet them to understand who the Hmongs are!
