- Please be ready at the pointed place on time.
- Please don’t change or leave your coach after receiving bed number confirmation
- Please bring all your belongings to the exist when the train arrives in Lao Cai station. Tour guides are not allowed to go inside the station and possibly welcome you with name tag at the exit only. Hope for your understanding because of the station policy.
Please make sure that you have dinner before getting on the train because only drinks available on the train.- Please let us know if you have any special request for the meals. In Sapa, we offer the meals in the local restaurants or picnics where no suitable restaurant available.
- If you need to make any payment in cash for your trip. We highly recommend you should bring US Dollars in cash from your country to Vietnam. You should limit to use ATM to avoid the bank fee.
- Please make sure to ask your tour guide before entrance a local house on the way trekking because of the different cultures.
- Please don’t touch anything on the Ancestral altar of the local house
- Please don’t enter a home with a bunch of green leaves hanging outside at its entrance
- Please don’t leave your garbage behind in the villages or homestays
- Please check all your belongings before leaving your train/ bus/ hotel or home-stay.
- There will be lots of local people following you to beg you buy their stuff while touring. Please don’t buy or talk with them to stop them following/bothering you. It is advised to buy souvenirs or drinks in local community markets or shops.
- Please don’t bring lots of cash or jewelry with you while touring. You should send them to your hotel at the safety box or in TrekkingSapa.com’s office in Sapa.
- Please keep close distance with your tour guide so that they can accommodate all your questions at the sightseeing and do their job at best. You should ask the tour guide for each village’s custom & culture.
- Please don’t take photos of infants. There is also religious stuff in local people’s house. Please ask them for permission or ask the tour guide if it is possible for you to take photos or touch these stuff.
- Please don’t keep touring when you already get warning by tour guide under bad weather. Otherwise, you should follow the tour guide’s advice to avoid unexpected accidents.
- Check-in time at1400 and check out time at 1200 per hotel policy.
