The tour "Sapa Hill Tribe Village" brought me to the very soul of this ethical tribe, and I learnt a lot about their history and lifestyle. Mr. Hung from Trekking Sapa was very nice as he provided good place to stay, good food to eat and good activities to join in. I'm not regret paying money for this tourand I will undoubtedly pay more in near future.

I was with some friends to Sapa, he has everything settled by Trekking Sapa great guys, I totally recommend them. The tour guide was very friendly and helpful, good English and showed us amazing places. I loved trekking across terraced paddy fields and talking about the unique culture of ethnic minority groups. If you are as adventurous as I am, you will find yourself in the most interesting and surprisingly delightful places. Whilst doing research for my pending trip to China, my boyfriend and I came across Sapa tour in Vietnam with TrekkingSapa,com, very close to the Chinese border. At first, I was very weary of doing a mountain hike because I am accustomed to the warmer areas of Asia. Alas, we figured we would be okay as there was an English speaking guide advertised. Our guide met us at station in the morning then go to Sapa town by a private car.We had breakfast at a nice restaurant and we enjoyed the rural scenery as well as the sounds and smells of the Vietnamese countryside. Once we arrived at the village, I felt very touched at the humble way that villagers live and immediately wanted to run away from corporate life! We spent an hour or so looking at the market stalls until we found a nice family who fed us. The meal was very simple but very enjoyable. The Vietnamese people seem to love foreigners as well, watching us with curious but friendly eyes.

We went to this place in summer with TrekkingSapa.com and it felt like we were just at our home country because the climate of Vietnam is very similar to ours. We a lot of fun and our trip there was very memorable. If possible, we would like to go back there again to explore. What this place offers is its authentic cuisine and rich culture. You get to experience what it is like to stay and live in a Vietnamese village. The view of the mountain ranges is also very spectacular. As for the mountain trekking thing, it was tiring but at the same time exciting. The people there were very friendly and accommodating but of course, as a tourist – you still need to take some extra precautions.”

We took 2 days tour to Sapa. We tried to find a local company and found TrekkingSapa.com. Sapa is in the north of Vietnam and is known for its untouched rural beauty and hospitable people. We did a simple day trek in Sapa Tour. We were short on time, but I wish I had more time at hand. We crossed rolling paddy fields and saw lots of water buffalos in the area. We lunched at a home stay and had really yummy prawn crackers and chicken cheung fungs. I for one loved talking to the farmers and locals we met on the way. These people live such a simple life and yet seem so content. I booked a Sapa tour in Vietnam for my group of friends from TrekkingSapa.com.We have explored the valley on a motorcycle traveling from Sapa toward Tavan and beyond. There were so many times we stopped to soak up the incredible scenery, the terraced rice fields, the views of the mountains, the villages. The rice fields were still quite interesting to see, some empty, some full of water, other green, some brown that despite the fact we visited, there was still beauty in the colors. We rode through villages of Lao Chai, Tavan, passed wooden Hmong houses, ladies dressed in the traditional attire and enjoyed the views, we will treasure the photos and memories of this experience.

Overall the tour was excellent.......we had a very enjoyable time in Sapa Tour with Trekking Sapa. The guide, Pang was very knowledgeable with their history and the area of each city and most friendly and pleasant. The driver was also very good in each city, we felt very safe and the cars were very clean. The hotel was clean, comfortable and great location. The food on the trip overall was also very good and enjoyable. We would be happy to recommend a Sapa Tour with your company.

What a trip this was. Fantastic scenery, amazing people, great food and sights that I never thought I’d ever see. Caves, villages and children riding buffaloes, in a whirlwind two day trip round the ethnic tribal villages in Sapa. It was like being in a movie, everything s just so different here. I would suggest to everyone that if you find yourself in Vietnam, make sure that you get up to Sapa in the north and experience all this for yourself. This was quite simply one of the best things I have ever done. Wonderful!

I have travelled a lot and see some pretty amazing sights over the years. This short excursion into the hillside region of Northwest Vietnam ranks up there with the best of them. We were greeted at the station in Lao Cai, following our overnight train from Hanoi by the representatives of our travel company, Trekking Sapa. They whisked us of to a hotel to freshen up and things started immediately. We explore the town of Sapa, then went for a walk to our first village, Cat Cat. On the second day, we went to a village called Tafin and met the people from the Black H’Mong Hill Tribe. It was extremely interesting to speak to these people, impossible to imagine what they must think our lives are like. At the end of our all too brief trip, we were taken back to the train station to catch another overnight train back to Hanoi.This was the highlight of our holiday.
